How do I use the better forges. I'm stuck using the one with a yeild of 100% How do I unlock the 48 hour one?

Well I suppose u need to buy the 48hour forge, for that u need to be online.
Then when u get soul remains u can choose the 48 hr one BUT only if u r online that time.
