The new phone didn't solve my reception problems. Apple has done there thing, Verizon tried the same thing. Is it possible it's just software issues or something I have on it? I'm downloading the latest update right now to see if it helps.
Can I erase the phone and use it just as it comes from Apple without my Apple ID just to see if it helps? IS that even an option?
