Popup blocker help

Ok so i was using iblacklist for a little while to stop my sms pop up box from showing up on screen.. The free trial has now run out and i dont really wanna pay $12 for it so i decided to get the full version of pop up blocker in the hope that this would work as a replacement. However it dont seem to be workin for me. This is how i have the settings and it still doesnt block the sms pop up.......
Any suggestions guy? Am i missing anything?

My suggestion is pay for iBlacklist. $12 is less then your carrier would charge you to block 1 single number.

managed to get it to work now, had to switch my device off which is abit of a pain because i had to re jailbreak.... i dont need to block any numbers only wanted it for the SMS pop up but if needed to i would definatly pay the $12 for iblacklist in the future.
