Possible to update jailbroken 4s from 6.1 to 7.0.6?

I'm wondering if it is possible to update my jailbroken iPhone 4S from 6.1 to 7.0.6. I have saved the shsh blobs I'm just not sure if it is possible and if it is how to go about doing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I'm afraid that it's not possible. The only iOS version you can upgrade to is iOS 7.1. It doesn't matter if you have blobs. If the ability to jailbreak is important to you, you will have to stay where you are until the next jailbreak is released, likely sometime after the release of iOS 8 this fall.
