problem with cydia > All tweaks and programs is disappeared from the cydia . plz help

Hi every one , who are you hopes good , I have Iphone 4s with 6.1.1 version and jailbreak , every thing was cool and worked correct with cydia store , but before tow days I just make refresh to
cydia sources to see the new updates and to upgrade it exit from cydia , and the second day I found this



I don't know what is this but when I check the sources i found this



It's empty - and when I make refresh nothing change just this screen appeared








and all other sources is empty

And the the installed packages side is empty - But all tweaks and programs who previously installed is worked correctly and without and problems

The only advice you will get here is to remove the piracy repos.
