Problem with Cydia

I jailbroke my Iphone tonight and am having problems with Cydia. I can enter it etc but when i tryed to download winterboard..this error comes up...

NOTE - the requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed.

Not much is working for me on Cydia when trying to apply new themes etc..

Help ?

it was probably flooded with users trying to download things all that the same time
