Problem with Internet Tethering over Wifi

Hi:

I used to do internet tethering over Wifi and USB. now it works only for USB

Although I can use Wifi to connect to wireless networks but I cant get it to share the internet over Wifi as it used to.

I tried almost everything of turning off and ob personal hotspot, wifi, 3G network...even power off and on the iphone but no luck

can anyone help?
