I am the happy owner of a second-hand (but basically brand new under every way) iPhone 4 that I got from my husband, who is now using an iPhone 5. My iPhone has never given him any problems and he has no idea how to help. I am having two issues right now:
1) I have just received an SMS and I was only able to read the preview. When I tried to open it, it is just not there in the thread from the sender and so I am not able to read it. However, the front screen icon shows a "1", stating that I have an unread SMS! I turned off and on the phone four times, but it has not solved the problem. Can anybody help?
2) I have been trying to send a photo via MMS for a few days but it does not get delivered. The APN settings are OK and I just don't know what the problem may be. Any ideas?
