problems wih apps i have loaded going into winterboard

i have downloaded a load of apps since i jailbroke my phone on monday..all of my stuff i downloaded all seem to be going into winterboard..i have wallpapers and themes and so on..how do i get around this before i get any more grey hairs

If they landed in Winterboard that's where they belong. Use Winterboard to select which one you want. Don't fight it.

How do I apply my themes and so on Trying to apply wallpapers and ringtones and other stuff and it doesn't seem to work

The majority of them are not compatible with iOS 5. I played that game of trying different themes for a while. Eventually things got so messed up I was forced to do a restore. Moving forward I won't try something new unless somewhere it says that it's compatible with iOS 5.

Open Winterboard, touch select themes, put a check mark beside your selection, remove other check marks, touch respring button.

Tried all of the above None of these seem to have been applied Battery ran out the other day and I can't seem to apply any of these now

Tick the boxes in winterboard Says respring on top Press respring After it loads Still none applied

Could be that the stuff you have downloaded is not compatible with your version of OS.

Everything keeps on crashing All my apps even the compatible ones Just restored it back iPhone 4 with 5.0.1 J-broken with redsnow

everything is working well since i jailbroke again today...HOW OR CAN I BACK UP ALL CYDIA APPS WITH ITUNES...APPSYNC app i looked up on line and said i can get this on cydia store..this app seems to be done away with
