Question about updating from 4.1 to 4.2

Hello my iphone 4 is jailbroken but its on 4.1

is it possible to backup all my cydia apps?

or will i have to re download everything after i update and jailbreak the phone again

No way to back up cydia apps. Check out pkgbackup it's the closest your going to get...
