Hi All,

I've got an iPhone 3GS -> Contract is up in February and I'll probably hang on to it for a while & see how these iPhone 5 rumors turn out this summer.

Running iOS5 with the tethered j/b. Have only had to restart once since I originally j/b, so that's a plus.

Hi Jason... welcome to iPF.net!! Nice to see someone being positive about their JB being tethered. Hopefully the Dev teams will work out and untethered overlay for the JB on 5.0... if that's what you're still on. Myself, I'm still using a 4... and also waiting for the next generation iPhone to be released later this year.

I'm totally positive about the j/b...sure it's tethered, but "knock on wood" I've only had it need a restart once since the original iOS5 release? That's not too bad. Of course, if it crashes on my during the day & I'm left without a working iPhone, I might have a different opinion! Thinking about the semi-tethered j/b, but I don't have a ton of time to be messing around right now.

You believe the new gen iPhone is coming for sure this year?

Welcome to the forum.
Thanks!
Thanks!

With Apple's track record for the last 5 years... releasing a new phone every year... I'd say they almost have to!!
