Re-syncing?

So I plug my phone and itunes syncs it and it seems to sync some songs that are already on my iphone... Not sure what the deal with that is. Anyone know?
It doesnt make duplicates, but it just resyncs them for some reason

It usually does that when you have selected 128kbit encoding vs original bitrate in your library or iTunes detected you changed the bitrate of the MP3.
