Recovering Deleted Text Message

I had surgery 4-13-16. When I got back to Rm. after surgery they were giving me some pretty strong pain meds.
Needless to say I was kind of out of it.
I got a text on my iPhone6, running ios 9.3.1 and it said something like "how did surgery go" etc.. BTW I changed my #. Here is my new #.
I think I deleted it and this new # is important to me.
I've seen ads saying they can recover deleted text messages. Wondershare ,Dr.Fone comes to mind.
Not sure if these ads are legit or if they were would they work.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Unless you have the message backed up somewhere you won't be able to recover it. If you have a iPhone backup made before you deleted the text message, you can restore from the backip and get your text message.

As i see , if the deleted SMS was not covered with new files on iPhone , we still can restore them back

That would be hard to do when the encryption key has been erased and even the FBI can't crack iPhone encryption.

Even if that were possible:
The OP asked the question a year ago, so it's certain that restoring them is impossible.

Many sites promise they can restore removed messages, but all they can do, is recover them from a backup. That's not really useful.
