Reminders question

With the new update came the Reminders app. It gives you a choice....remind at location or on a date. The date works fine but location doesn't work at all. I do have all locations ON in settings. I called support and they didn't have a solution. Any ideas? This would be very useful if it worked correctly.

Did that and it still doesn't work. I actually get the location arrow at the top of my screen. Everything is set correctly.... Just no notification.
