remove tracks that have downloaded twich

I just recently bought the iphone 4 and have down loaded all my Albums from my 27 inch i mac. Unfortunately some songs are on more than once so how do i go about deleting these songs from the i phone.

i would delete all your songs from your itunes library and make sure they are only in there once, maybe some of the songs copied twice onto your itunes library
