Removing download

Hi guys, for some reason I am unable to complete a download for the 2 files in the picture attached, so my question is How do I remove the 2 files? It seems to me I'm caught in a catch 22, to delete the file it needs to be 100% downloaded but I can't complete this, can anyone help?

Yes, iPhone 4, not jail broken. iOS 6.0.1. These 2 files were a free gift on 12 days of Christmas app, but I now know that for some reason Irish idevices were unable to download. All I want to now do is remove these files in there incomplete state.

If you want to remove them, you'll need to root your device using iFunBox or iExplorer and manually remove the fragmented download.

Does a simple reboot of your iPhone make any difference...?
