Replacement App for converting an image to text?

Have an app called ImageToText which allows you to take a photo with the internal camera or pick from your library. Then the app will email you both the photograph as well as any text within the image separately. So this means if you take a picture for instance of a PDF document, a menu, a sign it will send you the loose text so you can edit it, cut and paste it, etc. Super handy but the app is being discontinued. Anyone know of any apps that do the same?
