Resetting Apple id

Hi,
Just received an email from Apple that I have to reset my password. It seems odd as I haven't asked for it.

This is how that link starts with and there are a bunch of numbers following it which I haven't shown.

What do you think about it? My id and the password works fine, could it be a spam??

if you didn't request it and everything is working fine then ignore it,it could be just an error or as you say spam,you could also contact Apple and send them the link,they should be able to shed light on it.

I'd say spam - when I try and go to that link it brings this one up:

edit: nevermind, I missed the part where you said you left out the numbers... my bad!
