Restore without updating

What do I type in the command line to install absinthe from my desktop, then what after that?

Just look it up. The directions I mean. You have to actually down ad the CLI tool.

I have never used it. I have an iPhone 4...not a 4S.

Search in google "redmondpie; jailbreak iPhone 4S with CLI Tool".

You find it.
