Ringer set to headphones mode

For some reason my phone is set on headphones mode. I can only hear if I use my headphones. What did I do? And how do I fix it?

Ok the bluetooth and disconnect the headphone.

No headphones or bluetooth connected! Duh, I think I would have noticed either of those.

did you hit the silent switch ontop of the volume buttons?

Are the speakers working fine?

I didn't hit silent switch checked that. I can hear when the phone is ringing but if I answer I can't hear unless I use speakerphone. If I use the iPod I need to plug in earphones. Gonna do a restore to see if that works.

Restore worked. No longer stuck in headphones mode.

Try a soft reset

I did a full restore in iTunes. Soft reset didn't work for me.
