Ringtones

I had special ringtones for my family but, after installing iOS 11 to include 11.0.2 all my calls ring on the Apple default even though my contacts have their designated ringtones selected. Any ideas?

Try deselecting the custom ringtones for these contacts, the assign them again.

Tried it. Even tried selecting a different apple tone but it still rings on the apple default tone.
