Rock app transfer?

I've done the signing up to facebook, linking my rock to cydia account up to logging in to paypal but no recognition that I've purchased the software(mywi 4.0). I wouldn't mind paying again for other apps but this is $20. Is there any other way to do this or who to contact? Thanks
