Rotating display lock/unlock

HI all,

I'd like to know how to allow/prevent my iPhone 13 to rotate it's display if I'm rotating the phone. For example, how dos I keel a portrait view even if I turn the phone 90 degrees to a landscape position. There was supposed to be an icon of a lock inside a rotation arrow under "Settings/Control Center" but there isn't. How can I do it?
