Rotating help

Hi my phone does not rotate since my sone played with it.. I have a small icon on the top bar of a padlock with a arrow going around it

I need to use some apps on the morning that work best landscape please help

Found it... There is a lock button when you double click the home button abs swipe left to right! First time I have seen this this is my second iPhone!
