Most likely this is the result of installation of an app which is not agreeable with your iOS.
You may have to go back and remove each of the latest added apps until you find the offender.
Time consuming but doable to fix the issue.

THANKS a bunch men!! I did it,it was an anti theft app tht i installed earlier.

Salvatore, great news. This has happened to me several times and I always find the culprit.
I have seen threads which list iOS 6+ compatible
apps with or without jailbreaker. Google the topic.
