Screen doesnt shut off during calls

Found out it was the color otterbox defender I bought. The white on white. Called otterbox and they are sending me a new black on black otterbox at no charge to me. Don't even have to send this one back. They said I can keep it. Thumbs up for a great and rare company who actually cares about its customers.
