Screen Scrolling

We just brought two Iphone 4S from Airtel, today we saw someone same phone in which the scrolling was in curl pattern. We try to find the same but fails.

Can someone help us to do the same

Are you refering to Left-Right strolling of the springboard (home screen)... or vertical scrolling while on a web page or Facebook?

I think it's safe to assume that you're talking about Left-Right on the springboard.... this is a Jailbreak tweak called "Barrel". Although, there isn't a Jailbreak available for the 4S as of yet.
