Screen touch indicator is visible

Hello, I knoticed today that I could see a greyish circle where ever I touch my iphone4 screen. Seems to be a touch indicator but I can't figure out how to get rid of it. If any1 knows about this please help and thank you.

Do you have a program like DisplayOut for displaying content on a TV? If so, I know there is an option in there somewhere for a touch indicator; perhaps you accidently enabled that?

Yes that was it actually, it was an option in display out. That's about the only thing I didn't check. Tyvm for the help.
