Shared photos stream

Hello friend, my photo & camera folder shows 622 Mb while I click two folders shows photo & shared photos stream folder take 3.8 mb. Is its ok because I off iCloud uploading of any kind uploading. But this appear now before 1 month I did not find this folder.tkz
