Slip case for iPhone 4S and attached battery case from Morphie (Juice Pack Air)

I keep keys and the phone in the same pocket; had the BB Storm 2 which had a slip case.

Now with the 4S, I need the extra battery case to keep running for a day.

Is there a slip case (from a larger Android or other phone/device) that someone has tried which would fit the 4S with the Air Juice Pack installed?
