Software issue? Lines on screen and not functioning

Hi all

My iphone SE has been having this issues for a while, in which it would stop working completely and gives me this screen.

As you can see it is like the opening screen but there are thin black lines on it. Sometimes it just gives me a bunch of thin stripes of black and white or even green.

I have been looking for solutions but to no avail.

Is the touchscreen having problems as well? You could have a failing screen here. If so, the problem will likely get worse until the screen fails completely. If you live close enough to an Apple Store I'd recommend a visit to the Genius Bar for a full diagnostic. If you're still under warranty, a screen failure should be covered.

I dont think it's LCD as the phone freezes completely. Upgrading software doesnt help.

If the touchscreen is affected as well it would appear as if the phone was frozen as manipulating the touchscreen wouldn't have any effect.

It looks like a hardware issue. Take it to Apple as suggested, if possible. Has anything happened to it. Did you drop it or anything?
