sounds not working

the sounds on my phone just stopped working a couple days ago. I can go in and check them and I hear them under settings, but when my phone rings or I get a text, I hear nothing. The vibrate still works. Under settings/sounds i have on "change with buttons" and the volume about midway.

Is there a mute button that somehow got turned on??
