Hey
I hope someone can help me here. I received a spam/marketing message from a car dealership some weeks back. I deleted the message contents as it was of no use to me.
However, the name/contact detail stays at the top of my text message list rather than filter down as all the others do as text messages come and go.
Therefore, if I text somebody/receive a text etc.. the contact name sits at the top of the list all the time and the time syncs up with the last message received or sent.
I do not have them in my contacts list and they have been blocked. As far as my phone is concerned, they do not exist. I even downloaded an app call 'Spring Clean' as this was recommended. It works for legit contacts whom I have have removed, but not for this particular case. Like a bad penny, they will not go away.
Has anybody else come by this problem? It's really irritating.
