Does anyone know if you can change the stock banner to a news banner on the swipe down bit?

I've foudn how to stop the Stock notifications but a latest news tickertape in the same place would be nice.

I have the CNN news app in my phone and now that you mention this I went and active the notifications to show up in there. I will advise if this work later... let see if something get pushed.

I have bbc news but there is no option to add this to the Notifications.
