I pay a monthly fee to watch a live video on my app (Real Madrid TV) but since I re-subscribed to it it's not showing up to view the video live even though the payment has been taken from my account, is there anyway to fix this? I already tried re-installing the app but still the same problem.. I think it might be a problem with the subscription was charged wrong or something is there anyway to delete the subscription and re-subscribe? I know I will have to pay again but I really want to get it working again.
