MusicGestures is Cydia Tweak which will allow you to set certain gestures for your iPod app. These gestures will help you control your music using swipes instead of tapping buttons. You can some something like "swipe right" to change the song or even pause it. There are many different possibilities within this tweak and it should help you control your music in your pocket too.
