SwitcherPlus is a very useful app that has a few features for your home button. On your lockscreen, you can double tap your home button to open up your multitasking switcher, which you normally wouldn't be able to. Triple tapping can also turn on your LED light. All of these features can be used on the regular homescreen as well. SwitcherPlus is free in CYDIA.
