sync contacts problem... help pls

Hello dear users. i have run out to a problem sice i whanted to synk mi contact with the iTunes i chouse to save them to outlook.
All done but the big problem is that i cant find the save contacts and itunes deleted all mi contacts from my phone.
Could someone help with something cuz i might be a noob in ti this thigs.
I neam like where can i find the contacts again cuz i tunes said that thei are all saved and synkt.... thank you ..
