You can't sync cydia apps with iTunes. Installous is not allowed to be discussed on this forum...

I'm a new ip4 user and I see great apps from cydia. But if I jailbreak my iphone, does it void the warranty that comes with it?

you can erase all traces of the jailbreak with a restore "as new device" so you would have to restore before bringing it back to apple for warranty claims, if your forget then yes it does void it
