Syncing bookmarks from IPhone into Explorer 8?

I am wondering if anyone can tell me how to transfer/sync my bookmars from my IPhone 4 over to my PC Microsoft Explorer 8?

Am not a computer expert so I will be very happy to hear if anyone can tell me how to do that.

I have now solved the problem with the help of Aple support so all is well

I do know you can do this for firefox but im not sure if there is an app for IE8 yet.
