Syncing iPhone4 running iOS5.1 on two PC's

I know it's possible to sync one iPhone on two pc's with some mods to iTunes library etc. now with iCloud backups does it make anything simpler to do same? I want to sync my iPhone with office PC and personal laptop both running windows
