Syncing my calendar

Hello, my question is this: I want to ONLY move what I have on my iPhone calendar TO my Outlook or (if it's easier and better) Google calendar. I do NOT want to do a two way sync. I've entered information onto my iPhone calendar that I dont want to lose during a sync. Which calendar is better/easier to use and is it possible to sync it one way TO the Outlook and/or Google calendar and KEEP doing it that way every time I enter info onto my handheld iPhone calendar? Thanks.
