Syncing videos causes iTunes crash

iTunes is set to sync photos and videos. The photos sync OK, but if I put an .mp4 video in the photo folder on my PC, when trying to sync the video file it crashes iTunes when "optimizing" the video.

Running Win 7 Pro, iTunes 10.4.1.10 and iPhone 4.

I did not have this problem with iTunes version before 10.4.

If 10.4 is the problem, where can I download iTunes prior to 10.4 ?

Hey man!

My Itunes crashes on syncs and my Iphone ceases to be recognized by the pc after that...
Installing a previous version of itunes did nothing...
The bad news is that I can't find a way to fix this...

Now... the good news!
Trying to find a solution I stumbled uppon a little software calle wi-fi sync
You can purchase it in cydia for 9.99$ (you can find a cracked repo if you search google)
You install it on the iphone thru cydia and install a software in you pc/mac
I am now syncing my iphone with itunes over my wifi with no problems at all
