Text message prob since ios7 update

Hoping someone can help with this. Managed to get through IOS7 relatively unscathed apart from certain text
messages not sending. It's only happening on 3 numbers and legend at top reads "sending 1 of 2" or however many
it's still trying to send. SMS toggle is on in settings.

There is a thread on the homepage about this (iMessage failure).. Disable iMessage, then reset network settings and activate iMessage again.... I've had several failed messages and have had to reboot. The failed messages absolutely caused personal problems with the intended recipients.
