Text to unknown that wont go away

Hey everyone. I've been searching forums for this issue & can't seem to find anyone with the same issue.
I have an old, blank text message from 5/23 to "unknown" that will NOT go away. I've deleted it probably 500 times by now. I've rebooted. It still keeps coming back.
Anyone experience this issue?
What to do? It's driving me bonkers!
