title bar disapperaring

Hello,

I have a question, my wife just received her new Iphone 5s (Gold) the other day and she noticed that her title bar disappears until she touches the screen, then is disappears again. I have look for a setting to stop this from happening, does anybody know what I need to do to stop this or is it a new function, my Iphone 5s (Grey) doesn't do this.

What exactly do you mean by title bar? Screenshot?

the bar at the top of the screen with the service provider, battery level, time etc. its ok got it fixed she just restarted her phone and it is back and stays back.

Okay. Good. That is actually called the "status bar" so glad I asked. This is actually a very common bug in iOS, but its usually within iPhone apps from the AppStore, and no where else. Happens to me in the Facebook.app from time to time.
