transfer pics from pc to i phone

i want to transfer pictures from pc to i phone 4s and would appreciate instructions or step by step on how to do so...thanking you in advance

I don't personally prefer iTunes so my method of importing would be to use Dropbox on my devices as well as Dropbox on my computer to transfer them. You can use iTunes to sync photo albums to and from your device.
