transfering videos from pc to iphone without i tunes

Hi all, is there a way of transfering videos from my pc to iphone without using i tunes?
my i tunes never seems to work im trying to transfer a video from my pc and trying to sync it via films but it keeps saying backing up
so ive given up on i tunes i have nthing but probs with it
