I'm stuck!!

I have downloaded .jar and .tar files on my computer that i want transferred to my JB iphone 4.
I have installed winscp, and have gotten the files to go from one side to the other, but after that i don't see anything on the phone?

what am i missing? please help

all I know so far...since i'm new to this is that the files are in .jar and .tar and i have to figure out how to get them from my comp to the phone.... they aren't photos, or music, et..so i'm not sure how to get them transferred.
I was shown to put them in a folder and then copy (still dont understand how that is done) to winscp, and then they are supposed to down load to my phone.
I watched another video where the person created files and had them sent to itunes, and then they downloaded to the phone.

Seems like you are looking for ways to damage your iPhone, specially because you do not even know what those files are.

I don't understand all the negativity. My wife bought a product for me to down load...she thought it would be fun. So i down loaded the instructions, and the software, and in the instructions it said to transfer the files from the comp to the phone via winscp. I noticed these files ended with .jar and .tar. and the instructions don't really explain how to get them from the comp to the phone. The company wont give tech answers to how this is done since its a thrid party. I can get the money back. But i figured that it should be easy to do, and that i was missing something.
I don't think this is designed to break my phone. I'm just a novice.
I'm sorry if my questions has ruffeled feathers....I don;t know why though.

Nobody is being negative, we are telling you that the iPhone is not compatible with jar and tar files. iOS applications are in a .IPA format. You cannot install java applications on the iPhone.
