trouble with Redsn0w

im looking to jailbreak my 4s on 6.0.1 using Redsn0w 0.9.15b3 and the 6.0 firmware but the Redsn0w is only offering me compatibility package xp 2 and not xp 3 and is not identifying the ipsw. any thoughts?

You cannot JB a 4S on iOS 6.0 or higher... regardless of the JB tool you use.
